Carla is the Founder of CHOMP, Hong Kong's award-winning food-saving app dedicated to reducing the amount of perfectly edible food that is wasted daily. Their platform connects F&B businesses, including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and more, with customers who can purchase discounted meal boxes containing unsold items. Since their aunch in 2021, their mission has been to significantly reduce the amount of food that ends up in Hong Kong's landfills.
